Terms of use
How this website, the software, and the live service work when you deal with us.
Last updated 26 August 2026.
Who we are
SuperTitles.gr is a brand of overflow hidden LP, a Greek limited partnership (VAT EL802320656, GEMI 174269403000), of Androutsou Odyssea 4, 11741 Athens, Greece. In these terms, “we” and “SuperTitles” mean that company.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website (currently published at 2027.supertitles.gr and, when it replaces the public site, at supertitles.gr) and to how you may use the information on it.
They also describe, in outline, the two things we sell:
- Software — access to the SuperTitles platform at p.supertitles.gr and the live editor, under a project-slot licence.
- Service — text preparation, translation coordination, live operation, and the technical path to the screen, quoted per production.
An order, an invoice, a written quote you accept, or an account you open on the platform is a contract. If that contract says something different from this page, the contract wins for that job. The platform may show extra terms when you register; those apply to the account.
This website
You may read this site, follow the links, and write to us. Do not try to break it, scrape it at a volume that interferes with other visitors, or present our pages as your own.
Copy, photographs, and product stills on this site belong to us or to people who have allowed us to show them. You may not reuse them for your own marketing without a written yes.
We take care with facts (prices, company details, what the software does). Pages can still be out of date. A quote we send you is the figure that counts, not a line you remember from the site.
Software licences
A project slot is one production in the platform: files, dates, languages, and people on that production, as described on the pricing page at the time you buy. Slots do not expire. There is no monthly fee.
You may use the software to prepare and cue surtitles for productions you are entitled to work on. You may not resell access, share login details beyond people on your organisation, reverse-engineer the product, or run a competing service on top of it.
The live editor is meant to be run by someone who has practised with it. We are not in the hall with you unless you have booked the service. If the night goes wrong because the operator was unprepared, that is not a defect in the licence.
We will keep the platform available with the care of a small company that also uses the same tool in the booth. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, and we may change features when the work requires it. We will not pull a licence you have paid for without a serious reason (unpaid invoices, abuse, or a legal duty).
Live service
Service jobs are scoped in writing: languages, halls, number of performances, whether we operate, whether we only prepare text. Hardware (projectors, LED, glasses, seat tablets) is specified and set up by us when needed; the specialist invoices the kit. Translators are a network, not one house; their contracts sit with us or with you as the quote says.
Cueing a live show depends on the stage, the radio, and the file. We work to a professional standard. We do not guarantee that every improvisation will have a perfect line, or that a venue’s power and network will hold.
Cancellation and travel for a booked service follow the quote. If there is no quote yet, write to us before you assume a date is held.
Contact form and email
If you send a message through this site or to info@supertitles.gr, you ask us to read it and reply. Do not send unlawful content. How we handle that mail is in the privacy policy.
Liability
Nothing on this page limits liability that Greek law does not allow us to limit (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
For the website itself, we are not liable for loss that comes from using or not being able to use the pages, or from relying on a description that we later correct.
For software and service, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant slots or the relevant production, except where the law says otherwise. We are not liable for lost ticket sales, lost reputation, or a performance that is cancelled for reasons outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the version that applies to the website. A job already contracted stays on the terms that were in force for that job, unless we both agree otherwise.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Greece. Greek courts, and in particular the courts of Athens, have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have as a consumer in your own country if consumer law applies.
